Our 2.5 mil co-extruded poly mailers feature a peel-and-seal adhesive strip for fast, secure closure and are available in perforated, non-perforated, returnable, and gusseted configurations to fit every shipping need.
Perforated poly mailers include a tear strip for easy opening without scissors or blades. Non-perforated mailers provide a tamper-evident seal for higher-security shipments. Returnable mailers feature a second adhesive strip so customers can reseal and return items in the same bag — ideal for apparel and e-commerce brands with flexible return policies. Gusseted poly mailers expand to accommodate bulky items like folded garments, soft goods, and multi-item orders.
Our poly bubble mailers combine lightweight cushioning with waterproof protection, sized from #000 (4x8") through #7 (14.25x20"). All mailers ship same-day from our warehouse with volume pricing available at case and pallet quantities.
