. Wide choice of stock ink colors are available at no additional charge. Pantone ink matches that are not our standard inks have a $75 per color mixing charge


. Ink coverage is 50%. 2 sided prices assume same ink and print front and back.
. Rush orders are welcome. A break-in fee applies for rush orders of $150 or 25% of the total order, whichever is greater. Due to the nature of rush orders, errors in artwork, etc. can occur. Rush orders are at your risk. Errors that we deem minor and within our standards of acceptable quality will be shipped as first quality goods with full payment expected.


. Due to the nature of manufacturing plastic bags, the exact quantities ordered are seldom produced. For that reason, all order quantities shipped are subject to some variation from the quantity ordered. The actual quantity shipped may be more or less than ordered. These over-run and under-run allowances for custom printed bags are based on industry standards. There is a 10% allowance on larger quantities ranging to a 25% allowance for smaller quantities. YOU ARE CHARGED FOR THE ACTUAL AMOUNT SHIPPED.

. Our quotations and order confirmations are important documents. Production specifications are based information in these documents. If there are discrepancies between your actual order and our quotation and/or order confirmation contact your sales rep.

SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE PRODUCT OR THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS THEREOF FOR ANY PURPOSE except that the product shall conform to contracted specifications, and that the product does not infringe any valid United States patent.

The Buyer assumes the sole responsibility to determining the suitability of the product for the uses and applications contemplated by Buyer and others. Furthermore, the Buyer assumes all risk and liabilities for results obtained by the use of the product, whether used singularly or in combination with other material, except those relating solely to the use of the product not conforming to the contracted specifications, which non-conformity is not discoverable by Buyer or others. Any suggestion or recommendations made by the Seller concerning uses or applications of the product are believed to be reliable, but Seller makes no warranty or guarantee of results obtained since the condition of the use and application by Buyer and others are beyond Seller's control.
